Reiki is a beautiful form of ‘hands on’ energy healing. I was schooled in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition of Reiki in the early 90s. After practicing for several years, in July of 2000 I became a Reiki Master.

Reiki is a subtle, gentle form of energy healing and balancing. Reiki is non-invasive and relaxing. Each session is one hour , during which time you remain fully clothed. There is gentle positioning during which time you may feel a pleasantly warm sensation as the energy flows through you. Some people say they feel a tingling, others feel nothing at first.

Humans and animals can benefit from the healing effects of Reiki. All ‘problems’ begin in our etheric bodies and work their way into the physical body if we don’t catch and correct it while the imbalance is still in the ethers. Once the etheric is brought back into balance, the physical body follows suit.

Most people require more than one session. Animals are less inclined to hold on to their imbalances and often one or two sessions will clear up a problem they’re having. Not always, but quite often. Animals live in the present moment.

We humans are usually anywhere but the present moment. Think about it….how many of us are thinking about what we need to pick up at the store while we’re driving to the store? Or what we are going to do this weekend or did last weekend? It’s human nature. When you come back into balance, you are more focused in the present moment.

Body Mind Spirit cannot be separated. Treating one and ignoring the others creates a tremendous imbalance and we pay for it. Reiki helps bring back the balance, which leads to well being.

One hour Reiki Session        $75.
